After
having a taste of what major dance skills Adriel and I could have by taking the
dance class, and with the desire to improve our talents, we decided to go in
for a trial test to see what the dance was like for Sertanejo. We went over the
two basic steps and then started adding in some twirls and improvisations. For
about an hour we were becoming one with the Brazilian culture. I enjoyed it and
was looking forward to see if we could do sign on for the weekly class. Unfortunately,
the classes were a little out of our price range and wouldn’t be worth it for
the small amount of time we have left in the country. The stake dances will
have to do for me!
